Hi, I’m Mor. UX isn’t just my job, it’s how I think.

I'm a Creative Director of UX, but what I actually do goes far beyond wireframes and workflows.

I bring clarity to chaos, lead with intention, and blend strategy, user needs, and business goals.

What I bring to the table

What I bring to the table *

  • I understand how to navigate early or messy stages - spotting gaps and bringing strategy, momentum, and alignment. I ask the right questions early, so we avoid backtracking and move forward with confidence.

  • I’m a natural connector of both people and ideas, skilled at aligning cross-functional teams and guiding everyone toward a shared goal.

  • Every decision is rooted in the “why,” including user insight, research, and measurable impact. I consistently advocate for UX that drives real business value.

  • I care deeply about mentoring and team development. I help lead my department with empathy, bringing people up and allowing them to develop, while holding a high bar for quality and craft.

  • Skilled at storytelling, I can create a clear narrative from many inputs to bring everyone along on the journey.

  • I’m not afraid to rethink processes or ideas that no longer serve our goals. I stay curious and future-focused, such as exploring AI and better ways of working. I integrate new tools thoughtfully and bring others along with me.

I build digital products that matter.

Over the past decade, I’ve led teams and owned complex projects that deliver user-focused digital products.

Select clients: Verizon, HSS, Mayo Clinic, Kimpton, Fogo de Chão.

I’m entering a new chapter. One that’s less about the title, and more about the impact.

I want to solve large, messy problems that really matter, especially in health and wellness, but anywhere thoughtful strategy can make a difference.

To me, impact means solving meaningful problems at scale.

I’m open to new roles of any title - whether that’s a UX Director, a strategic partner, or a role you haven’t named yet.
